KNOWING THE HEART OF GOD

The knowledge of God is never obtained in the Seminary or Pastors’ College. You can never discover God by reading someone’s devotional and or biography.

Somebody’s knowledge is only likely to be of the books read or other sources of information. These are the sources that produce devotionals and teaching manuals. The Holy Spirit’s teaching and intimation differ!  

In fact, if you listen to someone’s song for too long; you will begin to sing it very well such that you will never compose yours without their influences. 

“For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.” (1Cor 2:11)

It is only by the Spirit of God that we can know His heart. What is central in God’s heart can be revealed to us only by His Spirit and not by anyone who does not know what is in the heart of God!

I pray that many Christians should catch this revelation; and let them commit themselves to the leadership of the Holy Spirit; who will reveal the heart of God concerning His purpose and intention for their lives in Jesus’ Name… 

THE RIGHT MOTIVES

What is the motive of your hustles? Why must you struggle every day? Is it food, clothes, shelter and other necessities of life you are looking for?

Search your heart diligently; don't ruled by other people; making your motives of becoming like them. God made you different; and wants you to make the difference in the face forgeries in Jesus' Name...  

Get rid of the way it is done in the world. Allow God Almighty to direct your thoughts and imaginations so that you can function independent of peoples’ influences.

It does not cost the struggles to get all you are running after. The birds of the air; the flowers in the fields; the fish in the oceans and many of God’s creation do not struggle that much; but they are all under the caring concern of God Almighty!

Certainly, we are of greater value than them all. Spare yourself a little strength in the presence of Jehovah praying for wisdom and knowledge from on high. As you persist; you must produce the expected testimony that will prove that He is forever faithful! (Mt 6:25-34)

Thank You Jesus!   

PRAYER PERSISTENCE

When your prayer finds focus in the will of God; the Holy Spirit intercedes much on your behalf until testimonies follow to His glory in Jesus’ Name…

When the Holy Spirit reveals the plan of God for your life; no body interferes with your life’s pursuits any more in Jesus’ Name….

When you discover by the Holy Spirit what is central in God’s heart; you will only be concerned about the salvation of millions worldwide and making disciples of all nations in Jesus’ Name….

“Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered.” (Rom 8:26). NKJV

REGRETS NO MORE

To my young friends, I have found many of you trusting the Lord God for a fulfilled relationship with a lifetime partner. And I thank God for your lives; don’t give up the holy pursuit!

But be cautioned, don’t be desperate to sleep with someone whose love you cannot ascertain to last and stand the test of time. Distant yourself from the abuse of God's love in the bid to get married! Let there be no regrets in Jesus’ Name…  

“Take wives and beget sons and daughters; and take wives for your sons and give your daughters to husbands, so that they may bear sons and daughters-that you may be increased there, and not diminished” (Jer 29:6) KJV

CONSECRATED TO GOD

There is nothing made by God for nothing. All things were made for His glory. Everything is intended for His consecration. 

There is nothing owned by us but only that which is provided for by God Almighty. Should any of us boast of beauty, riches, position, profession etc; remember, it is God who made things good for His glory.

It is gross betrayal to take what God gave you and handover to His archenemy! Do not serve the devil with God’s property; you are God’s new creation in Christ Jesus by the power of the Holy Ghost!

“Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.” (Mt 22:37)  KJV

VACANCIES

The general out cry of many graduates and other young people in society is that of unemployment. Many had allowed the wicked one to destroy their God’s blessed lives because of frustration, fear, and discouragement; they had embraced drugs, alcohol, prostitution and other sinful vices to be an excuse for their predicaments!

Let us face the issue with dare frankness! Do not blame the government, your big brother or sister, your political representative, your pastor, community leader etc for your problems. You must rely on God prayerfully to order your steps in life; He made you, trust Him for every detail of your existence in Jesus’ Name...

You can create jobs; engage yourself into gainful ventures by faith. Be bold enough to commit your life to God in the area of ministry or mission work. There are many young people out there who had risk their lives into the mission fields; today God is making things beautiful in His time for them in Jesus’ Name...

Have you thought of doing some farming; start small and it will grow. For instance, if it is poultry; even ten birds can be a good start. There are also missionary schools in distant locations; be strong and courageous to join any missionary organization by faith and serious prayers and before you know it you will forget your frustration in Jesus’ Name....    

Do you know that there are many also out there who are gainfully employed; but their lives have nothing to show as a guarantee for good living. They are never happy on the job; though they stressfully looked for such opportunities. Others had become professionals in their careers but all they face is discontentment! We need to involve God in our endeavors and He will direct our lives in Jesus’ Name...       

ALL KNEES MUST BOW!

“Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father...”  (Php 2:9-11).

The kingdoms of the world; operating in cohesion and friendship with the heathen and the devil had proven their total failure, despair and inadequacy. Can anyone have the guts to defend the rule of oppression, injustice, deception and other vices of evil in world governments?    

Kindly humble yourself and honor the administration of the Righteous One; “...The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to  the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed...” (Is 61:1-3; Lk 4:18).

THE KINGDOM HAS COME!

When the birth of Jesus Christ was announced; “...Herod the king... was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him...” (Mt 2:3). This had been the story with all rulers of the world; they fear overthrow or toppling of their domains. But alas; all dominions are bound to be subject to God Almighty in JESUS Name...

"He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.” (Lk 1:32,33)

We are certain that God will never leave us without the definite testimonies of this Kingdom in our time! For us faith people, Christ had “...made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth.” (Rev 5:10). We are already into the functional reign of heaven on earth in Jesus’ Name...

A NEW ERA

I am thrilled with a heavenly expectation coming with full assurance that true Christians have already entered a new of the reign of Christ. As we anticipate the reality second coming of our Lord in full glory and power; we are yet privileged to enjoy the reality of His heavenly reign on earth!

Whenever this expectation is lost; many will also lose their heavenly identity and so forefeet the taste of the blessings of the Lord’s Prayer they have been reciting for decades! How can we cry; “... Your Kingdom come; Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven...” and never trust Him for the reality it?

"And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever” (Dan 2:44)

The above Bible reference needs no further interpretations! Theologians, please shelf the commentaries and dictionaries and allow the Holy Ghost to continue the manifestation of the final lap of God’s move on earth in Jesus’ Name...
