All
Glory and Honor are ascribed to God Almighty for a wonderful beginning in the
year and a faithful journey to midyear as follows:1. WIDOWS,
ORPHANS, THE STREET BEGGARS ETC
a) We
fellowship with the widows, students and other needy ones at the centre and
share with them some necessities of daily needs.
b) We
visited four orphanages within Jos city at least once in a month and provided
some food items.
c) The
students under our SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME had received the regular tokens for
tuition, feeding and accommodation.
d) We
visited THE LAFIA PRISON in Nassarawa State and shared with them some food
items and Christian literature.
e) Our
token support to PETTY TRADERS and small scale enterprises had made encouraging
impact.
2. FAITH
COMES BY HEARING outreaches had been wonderful though with challenges. Many
people are positively responding to the truth of the Bible considering the
widely spread of falsehood of the end time. We have distributed put together
thousands of Treasure and In-Touch Audio Bible, CDs, SD cards, Christian
literature and tracts by the street and road sides, market places, check
points, filling stations, drinking places etc.
3. Our
visitation to FAMILIES, ministries and or churches occupied the first two
months of the year.
4. Some
new converts (DISCIPLES) that had been with us had been successfully released
for further training and experiences into various mission fields.
5. THE
CENTRE had been a beehive of activities with a number of ministries and groups
coming for prayers and other faith building programs.
6. We
have been engaged in rigorous individual and cooperate PRAYERS as a ministry in
various ways.
THE
MONTHS AHEAD
1. We
are scheduled for programs as follows:
a) 24-26
August - A first Anniversary program of the young people who were Drug Addicts
in Sum, Bogoro LG, Bauchi State. Pray for greater Spiritual impartation in
their lives.
b) 2Sept
– A Thanksgiving programe in the ministry’s centre.
c) 22-24
Sept – Crusade in Lafia Nasarawa State.
d) Oct
– Nov – Locally organized crusades and other outreaches in Jos and environs.
e) December
first weekend – Crusade in Bauchi State.
We
APPRECIATE our partners and associates for standing with us in prayers and
various supports financially, clothing other materials, Christian literature
and tracts. May the good Lord continue to enhance and replenish your giving
