When one goes through the pages of the Holy Bible and so many other books and documents, and verbal traditions, it's evident that humans had passed through so much untold pains in search for a better life!

Men, stop the meaningless, meaningless, meaningless repetitions and seek first His Kingdom and Righteousness and see Him in a greater fulfilled perspective!

So all these celebrations do not have any origin from  the Bible? And none of it is derived from the teaching of the LORD Jesus? Find out more...

With time, I have been graciously discipline never to refer to the help of man than putting absolute faith in God's Spirit when baffled or troubled by issues of life, both material and spiritual! 

I have restrained myself from Google and other Internet sites for answers to questions and other information surrounding all that have to do with the entire existence of one's life. 

On a very daily basis, I'm learning to look up to the instructions, directions and intimation of the Holy Spirit. He is the perfect Teacher, Helper and Comforter. 

So as I waited prayerfully with a great heart's concern about the "Christmas" issues and attitudes of millions worldwide; 

The few questions among many arose within my heart:

1. How did it start?

2. Is the term "Christmas" found in the Bible?

3. Is it from a pagan origin or from God?

4. Does it belong to the instructions Christ gave to believers to observe?

5. Which activities and rites practiced that are spiritually strengthening to the believers and pleasing and acceptable in God's sight?

6. Why does the time characterised with evil works by the majority of celebrants!

7. What aspect of the celebration fulfills the purpose of God and Christ's ministry for mankind?

With these few questions, we believe that one or two will give it a second thought with an open heart to discover the Truth in Jesus Name!

For additional information and prayerful search to be faithful in doing the perfect will of God about this matter and totally turn away from the traditions that obviously were derived from pagan backgrounds!

AYOYI GAME DA WARKARWA

Mutane masu yawan gaske suna shakkar ikon Ubangiji na warkarwa. A gaskiya, dole ne mu dawo kan bangaskiyar da zai faranta wa Ubangiji rai. (Ibraniyawa 11:6)

“Ka koma, ka faɗa wa Hezekiya sarkin jama'ata cewa, ‘Ni Ubangiji Allahn kakanka, Dawuda, na ji roƙonka, na kuma ga hawayenka, saboda haka zan warkar da kai, a rana ta uku kuwa za ka haura zuwa Haikalin Uba

ngiji.” 2 Sar 20.5

HEALTH AND HEALING SCRIPTURES

Brethren, we've noticed how many people had lost confidence in Divine healing. This also means faith in God's Word is no longer the preference of a lot of people. We believe the following verses will stir up the Faith of many as well in Jesus Name!

THE OLD TESTAMENT 

1. Genesis 20:17-So Abraham prayed unto God; and God healed Abimelech, and his wife, and his maidservants: and they bore children.

2. Genesis 25:21-And Isaac intreated the LORD for his wife, because she was barren: and the LORD was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived.

3. Exodus 15:26-…I am the LORD that healeth thee.

4. Exodus 23:25, 26 - And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfill.

5. Deuteronomy 32:39-…I make alive … and I heal…

6. 1 Kings 17:21-And Elijah cried unto the LORD,…And the LORD heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived.

7. 2 Kings 2:21-…Thus saith the LORD, I have healed these waters, there shall not be from thence any more death or barren(ness)

8. 2 Kings 4:32-36 –(Prophet Elisha) raised the Shunamite woman’s son from the dead.

9. 2 Kings 20:5- Turn again and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: I will heal thee: on the third day thou shall go up unto the house of the LORD.

10. 2 Chron. 7:14-…I…will heal their land.

11. 2 Chron. 30:20-And the LORD hearkened to Hezekiah, and healed the people.

JESUS THE NAME ABOVE ALL

Considering the diversity use and application of the Name of Jesus by millions of people in the whole world today, it had become very necessary to help many distinguish between the real Christ and the abused and fake one.

How can we differentiate between the True and the false of the Name Jesus? Or how can one know the difference between the fake and the genuine Christ?

The answer is not difficult at all. We must simply make reference to Christ Jesus Himself. And how is that done?

1. You can not find the truth in a denominational doctrine, except the church truly and strictly upholds to the teaching and lifestyle of the Lord Jesus Christ.

2. You will never find it in someone's ministry or life who had been misled or wrongly influenced by self centred teachers or false prophets.

3. You will not find the truth of Christ Jesus by just becoming an errand steward to other people who will always place stringent demands on your being responsible to them than God.

4. The True Christ is not in the circle of systems which do not give the Holy Spirit place in their lives and activities.

5. The na me above all other names, which is Jesus Christ the Son of God can not associate with where biblical truth is despised, ridiculed, resisted and outrightly denied or rejected.

6. Where the world's influences had become the imitation of the church, the true Christ can't fit in there. For example, secular education replacing the Holy Spirit's wisdom and knowledge. Divine healing, that is power to heal by the gift of the Holy Spirit is subtly or outrightly resisted and denied.

7. The works of Christ and even greater works (John 14:12) are no longer observed let alone to be practiced. Forgiveness, Love, Righteousness, Patience etc comparing the works of the flesh with the fruit of the Spirit according to Galatians 5:18-26 is not taken serious, but much is hypocritical.

We can go on and on tracing the wayward and broadway church activities which had totally shelved the Holy Spirit into religious cupboards and deliberately rejected God's originality Kingdom principles for the unholy alliance with Satan.

However, for the purpose of this short discourse, we have to be focused in our presentation.

JESUS CHRIST THE NAME ABOVE ALL

To allow the Holy Spirit guide us about the matter, we must quickly return to Jesus Christ Himself.

The study of the Life of Christ Jesus is the only vindication and justification of Him which we are to follow.

Why is Christ's Name above all others?

The uniqueness of Christ being made different from all is found in God's love to rescue mankind from Satan's destruction. It's all about His mission to save us (by our faith) from Satan, sin, and death. (John 3:16)

So, as we look at the purpose of His coming to the world from above, it will help us know where to place focus on His true nature and assignment which all believers are obliged to follow. When He instructs us to follow Him, it is what we must strictly bear in mind by faith.

I find this reference in Philippians 2:8 & 9 to be absolutely leading in the study of the topic:

" And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:"

It is Christ's sacrificial and submissive obedience to the Father to the point of death that merited His position of power and the Title of the Name above all. This, therefore places a very serious demand upon the church to follow Him in strict like manner. More so, Christ said, "just like the Father had sent me, so also I have sent you." (John 20:21) To uphold this Word is keeping in the same obedience like Him, hence representing the true Christ Jesus above all others!

Philippians 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

Acts 4:12 And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

Ephesians 1:21 Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.

Psalm 148:13 Let them praise the name of the Lord, for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above earth and heaven.

From the scripture verses above, we have no reason to argue about the Person of Christ Jesus as the One above all! And with this knowledge, we are bound to accept the reality of His being the only example to follow far above all settings, teachings, doctrines, traditions, orientations an

d influences of the present day church or ministries.
