THE POWER OF THE NEW COVENANT

And He (JESUS) said to them, "This is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many.” (Mark 14:24)

"Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed. He who eats My flesh and drinks
My blood abides in Me, and I in him.” (John 6:54-56).

“After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me” (1Cor 11:25)

The main or focal message on the passion of the Christ is to partake in the Holy Communion of His flesh and Blood as often as possible to remember Him always. This is therefore never a seasonal ritual as we have been taught by our religious outfits.

The remembrance of our Lord Jesus Christ is much in maintaining a constant relationship with God who actually first loved us and offered Him for our ransom here on earth and eternally!

And so as we constantly bear in mind His suffering, death and resurrection; we also remember moment by moment our victory over sin, death and Satan in JESUS’ NAME...

EVERYDAY WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT

A book review in progress; an abstract of its foreword...
"...Ministry without the Holy Spirit makes the Church to become a total desolation. Below is the List of things that happen without the Holy Spirit in the church:
1.    Apostasy, Heresy, falsehood and counterfeit signs and wonders in the church (Matt. 24:11).
2.    Strive and unhealthy competition for fame and popularity; thereby the struggle for high number of membership, wrong pursuit for prosperity or material possessions. (Matt.23:5-7).
3.    Christianity becomes a religion without genuine accompanied power, thereby, making ministers to seek for powers, titles and other forms of recognition from the devil. (1 Tim. 4:1-5, Acts 8:17-20).

4.    Human intellect begins to dominate the administration in the church. Incompetence, inadequacy, conspiracies and suspicions become very pronounced. (Ecc. 1:17-18, Prov. 3:5-6)...."

FREEDOM FROM ANCESTRAL DEMONS

Who can accurately trace his ancestral lineage from the forth to the sixth generation? Some of us can not even figure out who our great grandparents were.  In ordinary terms, let alone in the spiritual are many lost in the darkness of where we are coming from.

“Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant: You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, however you were led.
Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.” (1Cor 12:1-3)

Christianity reached our middle belt environs barely in the early nineties; and from a critical spiritual view point, many of our first converts did get the appropriate Holy Spirit’s orientation; and so an in-depth application as a lifestyle was totally obscured.

This could be termed as an ugly development that diversely affected our spiritual growth for decades! And since ancestrally we were coming from typical idol worship settings; these demons that governed our forefathers could never give up on us who were covenanted to them.

There are many struggles today; setbacks, failures, disappointments, untimely deaths and disastrous, shameful, immoral lifestyles had characterized many families, clans, tribes, nations and the whole world! These are undoubtedly the handwork of various ancestral spirits.

Except we truly and fully discover the benefits of the Holy Spirit bestowed on us by His wonderful gifts and other blessings; we could be considered as ignorant about the things of God! We truly need a thorough Spiritual overhaul to enjoy God in His fullness in Jesus’ Name....

Right now, pray against all ancestral demons who had refused to relinquish their grip over and against your life, family, clan, tribe etc in Jesus’ Name...

AMAZING UNBELIEF

What is the essence of being a follower of Christ without faith? Hey! Without faith, it is impossible to please God (Heb 11:6). Christianity without faith is unpleasant and annoying to God and it results into a dead religion. Faith is a gift from God just like all other Spiritual gifts (1Cor 12). Allow Him to function in your life by the gracious gift of Faith in Jesus Name...

Satan makes people to disbelieve God; he is the father of all liars! His aim is to separate many from enjoying their legitimate heavenly inheritance here on earth. Faith in the heart is our only link with our Heavenly Father. Without faith, no Father to lay hold on in times of need! Resist the demons of unbelief and doubt who are trying to deprive you of God’s blessings in Jesus Name...

Lack of Faith or unbelief was the main thing our Lord Jesus was concerned about before His disciples;  “And He marveled because of their unbelief...” (Mk 6:6). May the Good Lord God Almighty graciously help us to believe in Him in the midst of tumultuous doubting situations in Jesus’ Name...

GREATEST CHRISTIAN TRIAL

There are many challenges Christians face; they range from health, family, financial, career, marital, spiritual etc painful or critical circumstances. All of these had been given clear promises of divine solution if only we can believe in Jesus Name...

However, the greatest of all challenges is the consistency of maintaining the FAITH in God to the END!!! “And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another... And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.” Mt 24:10,12

Many faithful stewards of God’s mysteries had fallen as a result of the present day tribulations; they no longer love as they did when they first accepted the Lord Jesus; impatience had resulted into unforgiveness; greed into selfishness and a host of ungodly behaviours.

“But he who endures to the end shall be saved.” Mt 24:13
“...but Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end” Heb 3:6

“For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end” Heb 3:14

We must intensify our intercessory activities for one another because our faith is passing through the last lap of refining tests! These are the moments of intense sorrows and pains; but they are meant for strength in the toughest crisis of weakness in Jesus’ Name...

The church was never left in the dark with regards to eventual occasions of trials of the last days. James1:12 says, “Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.”

Today, many Christians had been deceived by false hope inspirations; material breakthroughs had formed the basis for successes but faith in God for the sake of overcoming the challenges of the end times lacks serious emphasis.

Pay a very close attention to the reality of Christ’s tarrying; many must come to His saving knowledge; and so His delay is a blessing to millions who are yet to receive Him as Lord and Saviour. As He tarries, let there be a wealth of souls into our Kingdom accounts in Jesus’ Name...

HARD SAYINGS OF CHRIST

The hard sayings of Jesus Christ are most despised, rejected and ignored; and yet these are the scriptures that give the much emphasis on the conditions for entry into the Kingdom of God.

Before I give an exhausted list of hard sayings in the Bible; let me quickly fish out the few I can recall:
John 6:51 "I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world."

John 6:53 “Then Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you” Read vv 37-57.

Just like many were offended and walked away from Him v 66; so many today do not give serious preference and get offended when the truth is preached.

I urge my friends to refer to the bread of Life; I mean, let’s by faith partake in the flesh and blood of Jesus for our miracles that will result to our eternal salvation in Jesus’ Name...
