Conversing
with friends in the ministry during a prayer session; a striking insight was
revealed about the menace of drug abuse and trafficking; noted clearly that
about 70% of our youth are into drugs.This may not represent an official statistic, it may not also be an overestimation of the reality on ground!
With
this kind of revelation, it is obvious that the next generation will only give
birth to the leadership of drug addicts; presidents, governors, commissioners,
directors, judges, business communities etc as drug pushers.
Regardless
of the popularity of the heathen agenda; where evil abounds so much, the grace
of God supersedes them all.
“See then that you
walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the
days are evil. Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the
Lord is.
And do not be drunk
with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to
one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody
in your heart to the Lord.” (Eph 5:15-19).
The
Lord God Almighty is the Owner of the whole universe; He owns it all. The devil
and his host of wickedness can never overthrow Him from His Throne of Majesty. Our
forthcoming generation shall be totally free from all the demonic methods of
Satan’s destruction in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!!!
