From my Book "Everyday with the Holy Spirit Vol 2" it is God's Government Enforcement perspective of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Who is the Holy Spirit? A Dictionary describes Him as the “third person of Trinity: in Christianity, the third person of the Trinity, understood as the spiritual force of God.”
Theologically, so many views had been advanced which have created a lot of controversies rather than proffering solution to the understanding this Divine Personality.
However, for the purpose of this study, we would rather stay close to the Bible than any source for clarity. It is recommended that the reader should read our book title:
"Everyday with the Holy Spirit, Vol. I."
It is a compilation of Bible verses on the Holy Spirit. It is intended to widen one’s scope about Him and to spur us to love Him so that we can allow Him to take the lead in every aspect of our lives so that we can attain the expected Christ-like living, because this is only possible by the help of the Holy Spirit.
But still in a wider and yet strategic dimension, we will see Him playing a wonderful role in fashioning greater details of the gospel of the Kingdom in our various ministries and callings as narrated and demonstrated by our Lord Jesus and the apostles in the New Testament....
