KINGDOM REVELATION (I)

As with all true Christians, the truth of the Word of God must always be propagated or else its burden burns like fire in the bones (Jer 20:9). This is what informs the ministry’s insistence and emphasis on the institution of God’s Kingdom through Christ Jesus and its enforcement by the believers (the church).

From Genesis to Revelation, God had made Himself clear concerning His Kingship over creation through human kind (Gen 1:26-28). This divine concept can never be adequately handled by any man made government.

Whenever God’s people seek to be ruled by their fellow humans as was the case with the Israelites of old, God saw it as a rejection of Him (1Sam 8:5-7); also read  Ps 81:11; Pr 1:24; Lk 7:30; 1Th 4:8.

God can allow certain things to happen or be carried out by people, but He does not ignore His standards meant for righteous living! God will never give up His eternal plan for the earth; His kingdom principles had remained intact!

In the case of king David, God appointed him ruler over His people contrary to an arrangement of man in the selection of Saul. Compare 1Sam 10:23-25 with 1Sam16:10-14.

When one takes note of how people like Joseph, Daniel, Nehemiah, Elijah etc were instrumental to God’s rule in the ungodly heathen nations and or kingdoms, we are left with only one option; that is to accept the reality of God’s intention of Heavenly Royalty above the world’s setting!
