Recently
I have met a number of friends on my daily soul winning routine who expressed
much concerned about their backsliding state as believers. I discovered that
the enemy had always attempted to make many loose sight of the heavenly voyage.
The
moment the Christian fails to maintain a constant intimate relationship with the
Lord; the enemy will definitely slow down one’s Spiritual growth by keeping
them busy on trivial issues. Intimacy with the Lord can increase in the place
of intercession and listening to the Bible.
You
do not share your time with other issues of life and expect to gain Spiritual
favor from above. How can one spend one hour in prayer and watch a TV show for
three hours and expect to be fervent Spiritually?
Oh Lord, help Your people get more serious with Your work in Jesus' Name...
