“This
is my body; no one tells me what to do with it!” I have heard this from many
young female friends. The truth is, no one owns what he or she could never
afford to purchase. The body you claim to own belongs to God; if you still
insist you own it, please produce another one as a proof!
The
devil deceives many into commercial sexual activities; the enemy tries to make
it appear to be rewarding; but it the worse treat against one’s self!
“Flee
sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who
commits sexual immorality sins against his own body” 1Cor 6:18
“...that
each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and
honor...” 1Thes 4:4
“I
beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your
bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable
service.” Rom 12:1
When
you sin against your body; the body is surely going to seek for vengeance
someday! It means you may never enjoy what you claimed belonged to you again.
Treat the body fair and feat flair with it in Jesus’ Name!
