FAME VOYAGE

The world is giving people a twisted approach to fame. People had therefore taken to misguided alternatives; most of which are what other human beings like them had attempted to pursue.

There are several areas of seeking to be famous which had tempted many to choose as the best in life. Some had gone to the fashion business, many young people to sports especially soccer, other had chosen entertainment, while so many had gone for buying and selling etc.

As our emphasis had always been, we must reach out to our creator to find out what He had originally intended for us to achieve in life. We do not seek to be famous just on our own or on the basis of what seems to be the only offer by the world. It is an offense for any human being created by God to just engage into a venture without God’s instruction and direction by His Spirit.

If God does not guide you by His Spirit; then a contrary spirit will take over. Many ideologists are not spiritually minded by God’s Spirit; and so all they have obtained is from the other side of the world; that is from the kingdom of darkness. It is obvious, therefore, that any product offered by that kingdom is bound to rule over everything that relates to your fame pursuits. This approach, beyond every doubt, the ultimate end had been tragic.

This is what was spoken of Jesus who was focused in His life purpose; He simply sought to please the Father and He became famous. 

Matthew 4:24 “And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.”         

What about you and I? Let God give us a focus of His will to please Him with the life He gave us, than to seek to impress the world!
