Oh God Almighty, we
appreciate You for the beauty of Your creation everywhere around us. We find inner
joy and tranquility as we view them. We pray for mercy the abuse we had meted
against these wonderful creation graces bestowed on us. Forgive us Lord!
We have
used the rocks, hills and mountains as hideouts for smoking Indian hemp, ritual
killings, building shrines for idol worship, and other evil conducts. Have
mercy Oh Lord and forgive us!
Thank You Oh Lord for
the few amongst us who had used these places to wait upon You in prayer and
intercessions. Many had discovered You more in the mountains’ solitary prayer
adventures.
Rev 6:15-17 “Then
the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and
every slave and every free man hid in caves and among the rocks of the
mountains. They called to the mountains and the rocks, "Fall on us and
hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the
Lamb! For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?"
